Each 60x120 cm tile covers 0.72 sqm. For 800 sqm of coverage you need 1,112 tiles before wastage. Adding the standard 10% UAE wastage figure brings that to 1,224 tiles, which works out to 306 boxes (4 tiles per box). Always order full boxes — never round down.
10% is the safe default for most UAE villas and apartments. Drop to 5% only for simple rectangular rooms with no obstructions.
